At Bellahøj three new policemen start. Anna has to drive with one of them, Karim, and they soon get into a rather dramatic situation when a drug addict takes an employee hostage in a kiosk. Anna needs everything she has learned on the dealer course and manages to get the hostage free, but suddenly she is a hostage herself.
