Sharon Franklin is about to be elevated to the post of Commissioner when PR boss Liz Garvey comes up with a new move. She lets Sharon go cold in front of the committee of the Department of the Interior. Deputy Commissioner Charles Inglis becomes the new Commissioner. His first order of business will be to deal with the striking police officers. Robbie goes through with his plan to retrieve the incriminating video footage from Matt and fakes an operation.
