The London police PR chief Liz Garvey presents her vision of her own digital news network to Police Chief Miller: Metwork. At first, Miller is enthusiastic about it, but her PR deputy and adversary Finn successfully fights it with all means. The enmity between Liz and Finn grows. But that's not the only thing Liz has to contend with. The mayor's son Grant Delgado was arrested by Davina and Clarkey for drug possession and subsequently taken to a precinct. Liz helps Delgado save face in public and the press praises his caring behavior. Warwick is upset with his colleague Tony for talking about him to their mutual supervisor. Warwick doesn't want to come off as a wimp. When the three of them apprehend two bank robbers, he keeps his cool and handles the situation to Tony and Banjo's satisfaction. But afterwards he has a minor nervous breakdown. He is still not over his crisis.
