The two-star chef is a fish fan, so obsessed with the sea and the treasures it has to offer, that he has bought his own fishing boat. On this cutter called "Dream Catcher", SPIEGEL TV author Ralph Quinke accompanied the boss out to the North Sea. He was able to document King's love for the sea creatures and the anticipation of what he will later create from the freshly-caught ingredients.
