Déi zwéi vum Bierg

History/Drama, Luxembourg 1985

The movie tells the story of Nazi occupation of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Centered on a small village located in the northern part of the country, farmers Mill and Välten have made a vow to support each other forever. However, Josette's affection for one of them will cause a rift between the two friends. The German occupation will bring about unexpected challenges, including confiscations, humiliations, forced enlistment, deportation and collaboration.
